Includes light touch coworking sites and setup and operation of ancillary spaces such as event space, meeting rooms and communal facilities. We can develop true Multi Use sites.

Rapid Development System
Built using our custom SIPs (Structural Insulated Panel) with integrated cam locking systems and embedded electrical connections, each Vivahouse module can be transported to site using standard service elevators and constructed within an hour.

Vivahouses are located in the heart of the city. London Zones 1-2 and urban central locations across wider geographies.
Scale, but cosy
We require a minimum of 5k square foot, whilst our sweet spot is 10k-50k square foot sites across a couple of floors.
Our ‘Rapid development system’ requires open floor plates that are Cat A fit out. We can also re-design and operate existing hospitality assets.
All of our sites have shared communal areas to enable the full co-living experience. This will include space for communal kitchens/ pantry areas, wet areas and lounge spots.
